Activity Heatmap Your Profile now includes an Activity Heatmap that visualizes your task activity over time. Spot your most productive streaks and get a feel for the rhythm of how you actually work.

Move tasks between lists Moving a task to a different list is now just a tap away, right from the task details. No drag-and-drop needed.

Live search results Search results refresh automatically when tasks are updated, so what you see is always current.

One-tap PDF and image previews on iOS Tap a PDF or image attachment on iOS to preview it instantly. No extra steps, no waiting.

Plus a handful of smaller bug fixes and improvements to keep things running smoothly.

Introducing the Superlist MCP

Superlist now speaks to your AI assistants. The new Superlist MCP lets you connect Superlist to Claude and other tools that support the Model Context Protocol, so you can create, update, and manage your tasks and lists right from your conversations.

Talk Improvements

Automatic language detection. Talk now recognizes the language you're speaking on its own and works much better for non-English languages.

Preview before you save. You'll now see exactly which tasks will be created and which list they'll land in. Remove any you don't want, or keep recording to add more.

Staying on top of your tasks just got easier. With version 1.53, you can now sort the tasks in any of your lists, giving you full control over how your work is organized.

Sort Any List, Your Way

Every list in Superlist now comes with powerful sorting options. Tap the sort button and choose how you'd like your tasks arranged:

Alphabetical: Great for reference lists, inventories, or anything where A to Z order makes sense.

Creation date: See your newest or oldest tasks first.

Due date: Prioritize what's coming up next.

Priority: Focus on what matters most.

Assignee: Group tasks by who's responsible, perfect for team lists.

A Clean, Focused View

When you activate a sort order, Superlist automatically hides all non-task content in your list (headlines, paragraphs, and notes) so you get a clean, focused view of just your tasks. New tasks you add while sorting is active will be placed in the correct sorted position automatically.

When you're done, simply deactivate the sort order and all your non-task content will reappear exactly where you left them.

Fixed popover text alignment: Resolved a bug where text in mobile popovers was misaligned.

You can now duplicate any task or list. A duplicate includes all content from the original in an uncompleted, unassigned form, without due dates — perfect for recurring projects or templates.

The sidebar on the Mac app is now resizable, so you can adjust it to fit your workflow.

Quickly remove lists by swiping to delete in the sidebar on Mac and iPhone.
