Staying on top of your tasks just got easier. With version 1.53, you can now sort the tasks in any of your lists, giving you full control over how your work is organized.

Sort Any List, Your Way

Every list in Superlist now comes with powerful sorting options. Tap the sort button and choose how you'd like your tasks arranged:

Alphabetical: Great for reference lists, inventories, or anything where A to Z order makes sense.

Creation date: See your newest or oldest tasks first.

Due date: Prioritize what's coming up next.

Priority: Focus on what matters most.

Assignee: Group tasks by who's responsible, perfect for team lists.

A Clean, Focused View

When you activate a sort order, Superlist automatically hides all non-task content in your list (headlines, paragraphs, and notes) so you get a clean, focused view of just your tasks. New tasks you add while sorting is active will be placed in the correct sorted position automatically.

When you're done, simply deactivate the sort order and all your non-task content will reappear exactly where you left them.

🎨 9 New Color Themes

Make Superlist truly yours. Choose from 9 new color themes to match your personality and style. Head to Settings → Appearance to try them out.

📋 Duplicate Tasks & Lists

You can now duplicate any task or list. A duplicate includes all content from the original in an uncompleted, unassigned form, without due dates — perfect for recurring projects or templates.

↔️ Resizable Sidebar on Mac

The sidebar on the Mac app is now resizable, so you can adjust it to fit your workflow.

👆 Swipe to Delete Lists

Quickly remove lists by swiping to delete in the sidebar on Mac and iPhone.

🇪🇸 Full Spanish Localization

Superlist is now fully translated to Spanish. ¡Bienvenidos!

🏷️ Search for Labels

Finding the right label just got easier. You can now search through your labels to quickly find and apply the one you need.

🐛 Bug Fix

Fixed an issue with Meeting recordings when USB audio interface devices are connected.

Manage Your Labels — You can now manage your labels directly from Settings. Rename or delete them, and any changes will automatically apply across all tasks using that label.

Control Who Appears as a Collaborator — Choose which collaborators appear when assigning tasks, so your assignee list stays clean and relevant. Find this in Settings under Collaborators.

Copy Meeting Transcripts in One Tap — Copying a meeting transcript is now just one tap away. Look for the new button in the top right of any transcript view.

See Your Open Task Count at a Glance — The sidebar now shows the number of open tasks next to Inbox and Today, so you always know what's waiting for you.

Subtasks Stay With Their Parent — When viewing tasks sorted by list, subtasks now correctly appear under their parent task's list instead of getting grouped under "No List."

Repeating Tasks Fix — Fixed a bug that was cutting off text in the repeating task options.

Improved editing across the app, including smoother document writing, more reliable task creation, and better drag & drop and copy & paste.

Smarter NLP in task titles with improved date and deadline recognition.

Undo / Redo (⌘ + Z / ⌘ + Shift + Z) now works in all text fields on Mac and Web, including list titles, messages, and task titles.
