Team Tasks Overview

Stay on top of your team’s work with the new task view in the Team page. Go to your Team page and click on Tasks to see all tasks across lists that you have access to. No need to jump between projects or search manually. It’s a faster way to get a complete picture of what’s happening and where things stand.

Read-Only List Sharing

Share lists without giving edit access. Choose Anyone with the link can view the list and send the link to let others read your list without making changes. You can also post these links on social media to publicly share your favorite restaurants, movies, or any other kind of list.

Meetings in Today View

Your day is now easier to manage with meetings shown directly in the Today View. Superlist syncs with your Google Calendar to display your upcoming meetings alongside your tasks. You can prepare notes and start a recording with just one click. This helps you stay organized, reduces context switching, and ensures you’re always ready for what’s next.

Live Cursors for Collaboration

When you’re working on a shared list, you can now see where your teammates are typing in real time. Each person is represented with a colorful cursor, so it’s clear who’s doing what. This makes collaboration feel more connected, helps avoid conflicts, and brings your team’s work together more smoothly.

New Quick Create Menu

Quickly create tasks, lists, meeting notes, or start voice input directly from the sidebar. Available on Mac, Web and Tablets in Landscape Mode
